The Andalusian Foundation for Aerospace Development (FADA), is a non-profit organization, established in January 2007, whose purpose is the impulse, development and promotion of R&D likely encourage the economic growth of the aerospace sector in Andalusia and promote the generation and exploitation of new knowledge and technologies.

The Advanced Center for Aerospace Technologies (CATEC), implemented and managed by the FADA, is a center of excellence that serves as interface between the agents of the Science, Technology and Company. One of aims is dealing with the I+D+i demand of more than 130 companies that forms the aeronautical industry in Andalusia and the other national and international companies, transferring knowledge and technology to them in their fields of application.

ESI

The ETSI was created in December of 1963 by the Organización para la Cooperación y el Desarollo Económico (OCDE) (Organization for Economic Development). July of 1965 produced the first visit by experts from that organization to Seville in order to discuss a new curriculum. The "OCDE" curriculum was adopted in July of 1967. The ESI is located in the Isla de la Cartuja, which was the American Pavilion during Expo 1992.

Our school currently has about 6,000 students and 400 teachers.

For the 29 years the School has been in existence, it has been maturing as it has shaped 1,900 graduates who have been formed in its classrooms as doctors, professors, engineers, etc. We have forged channels of communication and collaboration with other universities in Spain and abroad for professors and students alike. At present, students of ETSI complete many of their courses as part of the foreign exchange programs where they are taught in prestigious universities worldwide.

Helice Foundation

The Helice Foundation was born to promote the development of the Andalusian Aerospace Cluster supporting all the cluster's stakeholders, as well as to provide subcontractors with the technical resources to ensure a better integration with contractor companies.

The creation of Fundación Hélice was fuelled by this aerospace tradition, the concentration of activities around the San Pablo area in Seville and the Bahía de Cádiz, as well as the connections with the Administrations. Founded in 2004, it holds the Andalusian Aerospace Cluster representation having patrons from all the cluster's stakeholders: Universities, Technology Centers, SMEs, Tiers-1, EADS, the Regional Government, Entrepreneurial Organizations and Unions.

COIAE

The Official College of Aeronautical Engineers (COIAE) was established by Decree 928/1965, of April 8, which authorized the establishment of it as an official corporation, with full legal capacity to achieve its objectives, reporting to the Air Ministry.

Under this authorization, the order of the Minister of Air May 24, 1966 provided for the establishment the Official College of Aeronautical Engineers, whose area includes the entire Spanish territory.

Today, the Official College of Aeronautical Engineers of Spain is a public law corporation, national, legal personality and capacity to fulfill its purpose and is governed by its statutes and legal standards that are applicable , relating to the Government through the Ministry of Development.

Skylife Engineering

Skylife Engineering is a technology-based Andalusian company, born in 2011, which seeks to serve society academic and research experience gained by engineers trained in the Electronics Technology Group at the University of Seville (ICT-109).

Skylife Engineering activity focuses on the design and development of new avionics and aerospace electronics application. Contemplate also the improvement, modernization and miniaturization of existing electronic systems, real-time monitoring as well as counseling and support such systems.
